Hi, my name is Karl Pearsall and I’m the Founder and CEO of Fresh Developments, the company behind Fast Skills, Inspire2 and Fresh Results.
Over the years I’ve created a company with a turnover of over £1m. I have worked in a variety of industries including hospitality, entertainment and sales & marketing. I’ve also been a business, sales and personal development coach.
In many ways this company is the culmination of my life’s work so far. For the last 15 years I’ve been very involved in the fields of professional and personal development. I have a passion for the potential of people and a belief that any goal can be achieved if approached in the right way. And that’s what Fresh Developments is all about – helping people to make things happen in their business and their own personal lives.
One of the achievements I am most proud of was in 1993 founding the international community – The YES! Group for the world-renowned peak performance expert, Anthony Robbins.
